HapiMedia is a full-service creative agency offering branding, content creation, digital marketing, media production, and event services, including flexible in-house financing options.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the website
  • Refrain from transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful content

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any misuse or breach of these terms.

3. Service Bookings and Agreements

  • Bookings for services (e.g., media production, event coordination, content creation) are considered confirmed only after a signed agreement or acknowledgment is received.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Changes to the agreed scope of work may incur additional charges.

4. Financing Options

HapiMedia offers in-house financing to make services more accessible.

Additionally, we partner with HUMM to provide flexible external financing for qualified clients:

  • Approvals up to $30,000
  • Payment terms up to 5 years

Eligibility for HUMM financing is subject to their approval criteria. HapiMedia is not liable for decisions made by HUMM or any other financing partner.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in the service agreement.
  • Late payments may incur a penalty fee or result in service suspension.
  • All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for other payments will be evaluated based on the work completed or costs incurred.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by HapiMedia (logos, videos, photos, marketing materials, etc.) remains the intellectual property of HapiMedia until full payment is received. After that, usage rights will be transferred as per agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

HapiMedia will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services
  • Third-party delays or issues (including financing providers or venue operators)
  • Website outages, data loss, or security breaches beyond our control

9. Privacy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
